Time has flown and your little one is about to turn one! What better way to mark their first birthday than with a cake smash!

This is probably one of the most fun photo shoots you’ll take part in – with little ones and grown ups really embracing the moment – resulting in photos which are funny, precious and completely unique.

All shoots begin with portraits of your birthday boy/girl, with parents and siblings more than welcome to join in. After this we will move onto the cake smash. The grand finale is a soak and a splash in my mini roll top bath. Babies always love this bit and we get some fantastic photos while they splash about and have a whale of a time.

Many parents chose to bring two outfits for their child – perhaps a more formal outfit for the portrait and then something you don’t mind getting messy once the cake comes out!
